Fantastic spa facilities and a superb restaurant.

Attended a spa day and used the pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. The pool is small but ample size for a leisure use.

We ordered lunch which was delicious and the portions were huge. Would highly recommend their sandwiches which came as main meal with a huge pile of crisps, dressed salad, coleslaw and three generously filled sandwiches.

Excellent service from all the staff we encountered during the day.

Stayed in the Suite here for a few nights. Everything was clean and tidy, room service was speedy and friendly. The bathroom was modern, with a big whirlpool tub as well as a large shower. There was even a small balcony. It was quiet during our stay when we were sleeping. The food was very well priced, although the drinks were a little pricey. The sous chef, Bobby, made our stay even better! He was so friendly and we had a great time devouring all of his incredible meals. He is a true asset to this hotel! Breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of options, both cooked and uncooked with friendly service. They were fully booked for treatments during our stay but offered to let us know if they had any cancellations. One of us did manage to get a last minute massage in the late evening of our final night staying, and that was professional and relaxing. The swimming pool was smaller than we expected and with 4 people already doing lengths, it was difficult to do our own, especially being faster swimmers. The steam room and sauna were cosy, barely room for 4 people in each. Same with the Jacuzzi. There are plenty of loungers around the poolside though and had towels for us to use. We borrowed a DVD player but found their selection of films to be rather dated and lacking in Blockbuster options. Would definitely stay again, perhaps for one of the Murder Mystery events we saw advertised.

My wife and I booked a two night stay to make up for having to return early from Florida due to hurricane Irma. The hotel is very impressive in appearance and the staff courteous, welcoming and efficient. Our room (we were upgraded to a Junior Suite) was luxurious, very spacious with a king size four-poster, spa bath and shower. The spa facilities are good, with a decent-size pool, steam room and sauna. Spa treatments are very popular but my wife managed a treatment on the morning we checked-out. Breakfast was excellent with just about everything you could think of well presented and good quality. The restaurant and carvery were also excellent. The carvery was particularly good value. Overall this was a great couple of days and somewhere we would definitely come back to.

Attended a wedding reception and stayed two nights. Great venue for the reception. Room was comfortable and well sound proofed. Food was good. Spa attached - only used the pool which is of a good size. The hotel also has a golf course that looks well cared for - no time to sample it.

My favourite choice when visiting the area for work. Well appointed rooms.Good wifi signal throughout and carjacking to front and rear, both with easy access doors. If time, there is a spa and pool incl sauna etc. Ate only in the bar area, but food was delicious. Had fish and chips....but NO MUSHY PEAS??!! (@ hotel, please do not respond saying you'll review etc etc. You made this comment last year also!). Breakfast was good. Room a tad small, so at busy times expect to wait to be seated/served.

We came to Moor Hall for our daughter's wedding reception. The hotel was brilliant, the setting romantic, the staff were wonderful and the food was heavenly. Having "tested" the menu at the restaurant a few weeks earlier I had my doubts they could reproduce the quality for 90+ but if anything they surpassed it. Thanks so much for looking after us - We had a great time.

My daughter and new son in law held their wedding at Moor Hall Hotel. The staff were universally professional, and ensured that the event progressed smoothly. Individual needs of the guests were met.
The meal was delicious, the surroundings beautiful and the weather was amazing. As a consequence we all had a wonderful time. I unreservedly recommend this wedding venue.

Have stayed here several times when visiting the NEC. This is a lovely hotel with lots of character.
The food is fabulous, there's a nice spa with a lovely swimming pool & the staff are always very
attentive & courteous. A great place for a weekend break to relax.

Lovely hotel with very good facilities and comfortable double superior room.
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Had meals in the bar, carvery and main dining rooms, all of which were good value.
Nice location overlooking a golf course and plenty of outside seating areas.
