Excellent service, lovely, helpful staff. Everyone we've come across was pleasant. Have been seen quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

My comments just relates to just one area of the hospital where I had treatment to remove a small eye chalazion . The staff were fantastic from the Help Desk to the surgery team. Very professional and caring and did a fantastic job yesterday in particular N.D who was my surgeon. Thank you so much NHS!!!

I spend a LOT of time here and overall the best way to describe it is its a busy hospital sometimes they are amazingly busy and sometimes you move from one clinic to the next seamlessly.
Yes your there for a long time but they're trying to save your sight and new doctors in training to be specialists must ask questions to get the right treatment for you.
This hospital exceptional.

By far the worst experience I've had with a doctor. The consultant who saw me was absolutely rude and short whenever I attempted to ask questions- to the point it felt like I was stupid and in the wrong. The waiting time during A&E isn't too bad however their feedback rate is completely unbelievable. I came out thinking I hope I never step foot in this hospital ever again. Ended up going King's, which despite its waiting time in A&E were far more quicker, approachable and hospitable.

Excellent staff, extremely friendly and professional, in and out within 1.5 hours. Spotless clean and Costa Coffee shop on site for family waiting. I was seen by 3 staff including Nurse Practitioner and she took her time explaining my eye condition and how to treat it, never felt rushed, Thank You Moorfields.

Very nice staff at A&E, all willing to help. Had to wait 1 hour only as was red priority. Doctor was very professional and nice.
Very sad to see the hospital is falling apart... There was water flooding from 1st floor to ground floor in A&E when I came!

I got referred by my doctor to Moorfields (Ealing) for Strabismus last October, no complaints got seen promptly and nice enough staff. They gave me a Referall to see the consultant about surgery. I came back in January (3 months later!) only to find out they had referred me for the same initial check up (no consultant to be found). I was then told Ealing couldn't deal with my condition and that I'd have to be referred to City Road.

A month later still no appointment date. I call both hospitals. No referral to be found. So they resent. A few more weeks later still not appointment. I call to complain. The lady was very rude and rather unsympathetic and told me they would get it to it when they get to it.

I finally receive an appointment letter in February for 16th May - 8 months after my initial consultation. So I thought fine I'll be patient and wait at least it's booked in and I'm getting somewhere. Oh no, I have now received a letter informing me my appointment has been cancelled and reschedule to July!! Are you actually kidding me.

God forbid I had something far worse than strabismus because I would end up blind or worse! At this rate it will be over a years wait before I get the surgery. I would advise anyone to go private because this service is ridiculous. No apologies, no explanations, rude service, get passed around as no one wants to deal with it.

I recently had a thyroid eye decease operation on both eyes, it was an unexpected operation, the surgeons and DR were so kind and took great care of me during the whole process, my after care has be informative and satisfactory.

Clean environment good service by the doctor. BUT the receptionists here at clinic 4 time 1:42pm sooo rude. No eye contact, no smile, attitude like they didnt want to be here. Seems like this is a common trend, reading all the other reviews.
