Lovely fishery full of fish great bunch of people ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Had a great trip down there last summer and had a knock up. 100lb won. Top breakfast. Very welcoming staff. Will be back this year too.

Great venue and the breakfast is good well worth a visit ’┐Į’┐Į

Great place to fish I fish every week and always catch fish

Great first visit today, looking forward to a quick return, breakfast was spot on, need to order toast as well next time.



Great bunch of lads, good for a laugh and very helpful

Brilliant fishing would definitely recommend

Best breakfast grub for miles and the fishing not bad either lol

An amazing fishery with a good head of very hard fighting well looked after fish,staff are great and the food in the cafe is the bee's knees.I will always recommend moorlands to anyone who is after a great days fishing at an amazing commercial fishery.

A great days fishing..

We began our fishing trip enthusiastically as soon as the cafe opened we ordered our breakfast no problem as well as buying our day tickets,it wasn't until we set up and started fishing that our first problem began....i was confronted by an elderly gentleman who i think runs the opens, i do not know the gentleman name as he did not introduce himself as he approached me, he then BOMBASTICALLY TOLD ME!! that i was using a method feeder when i assured him i was not and explained thoroughly that what i was actually using was a scoop feeder (NOT A METHOD FEEDER!) he then rudely walked away

It was at this time the problems progressed i could see him at the opening doors of the cafe as i like to say SPYING! on me with binoculars as the day carried on i could make out he was explaining the scenario to his friends while rudely pointing at me....NOT HAPPY!!!!

Where he parked his car is right outside of the cafe where he was sitting and SPYING on us!! his car is a white mini with the reg plate of....VK16 VNG......also I will not be eating in your cafe again as where he was spying on us is also his toilet PISSING UP THE CAFE WALL! i'm sorry if this offends but all in all we had a very nice day fishing but we also had a very bad day

.If he does this with everybody you will have no customers, i was on the disabled peg to top it all off. You're worth more than 10 stars...great fishery, but the person who works there in which i'm assuming works there if hes a member of staff hes not very good, hes peoples skills he hasn't got any!

It was like shooting fish in a barrel, nearly every fish I caught had a damaged mouth,I put this down to the numerous daily comps that they put on at this venue.drag n bab comes to mind
