Magali Youth Activities aims provide quality sporting activities, skill training to the youths (both able and persons with disability) in northern Uganda that will enable them be physically healthy and have sustainable income generating activities.

To enable children stay at school not to turn into alcoholic and stopping young girls getting early pregnancy through sport.
To develop youth of Northern Uganda to acquire various skills that enables them to contribute to the economic and social health within youth communities through sport.
Using sports to improve young people independence and responsibility.
Helping the poor Orphans, Disability people, vulnerable children to know, understand and achieve their rights to sport.
Provide Sports Facilities and Volunteers to train school teachers in various schools in Northern Uganda regions.
Using sports to develop young leaders, improving participation and voice
Supporting young people at key transitions in their lives
Using sports to provide greater safety, reducing stealing and using alcohols within young people and increasing community cohesion
Using sports to reduce stigma of long war; discrimination, changing attitudes and bringing greater equality of lives to young people in Northern Uganda region.
