STRUGGLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AT MORETON HEALTH CLINIC? Did you know that in June 154 appointments were wasted by patient's not turning up? That was 57 GP appointments, 61 Nurse Appointments and 36 Phlebotomist appointments! Please contact the surgery to inform us if you are unable to attend an appointment. We also provide a TXT message reminder service that enables you to cancel an appointment by sending a TXT- please ask Reception for more details.

Information regarding our prescription process

A new 24 hour crisis text messenger service, provided by James’ Place, is now available to those who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
If someone is experiencing mental health crisis, they can text JP to 85258. The service aims to connect every texter experiencing suicidal crisis to a trained volunteer who will listen and support the texter to take next steps towards feeling better.
The text messenger service can be accessed by all regardless of gender and texts are free from EE, O2, Vodafone, 3, Virgin Mobile, BT Mobile, GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile and Telecom Plus networks.

The surgery is closed from 1.30pm today for staff training. For any urgent queries please contact NHS 111 for advice. The minor injuries unit is still open as usual until 8pm.
