We recently joined the C&MH Club and this is our first visit to one of their sites. We found a very well organised and welcoming reception- good flat hard standing pitches and immaculate warm ablutions. So a great start - very impressive.

User

We love it here. We was here for the Christmas market last year. Me my hubby my mom and brother. It was a lovely weekend really enjoyed it. Upto now we've been 4 times this year ..The site is one of the best we've been to toilet and shower blocks always spotlessly clean. Love the layout of the site. And the town within very easy walking distance. The staff are really friendly.

User

We have stayed on this site several times and have been here for the Christmas 🎄 market for the previous two years Moreton is a lovely village to visit as is Borton and Stow . The drainage is currently being fixed so hopefully this will cure some of the problems mentioned in other reviews.

The wardens have always been very friendly and work very hard to Keep this site clean toilets are excellent.

Also if it's open and you are interested in the aviation history of the Cotswolds the little Wellington muesium is well worth a visit

User

We have had a super weekend here. Fab sized pitch. Great walks into town. Fab for dogs and children. Lovely trees and shady pitches in the heat. Thank you for having us

User

This was our first time at the campsite and the first time in our Motorhome. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The site was very clean ( apart from one person who had not cleaned up after there dog) showers were hot and clean. Fresh pizza was available on the Friday and a chip van was there on the Saturday if you wanted it. The town is walking distance with numerous pubs and cafes. Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water are worth a visit but transport is needed. A very pleasant stay definitely go back.

User

Nice site quite large really . Trees, which I like, shade some of the site. Very big kids play area and dog walk. Quite site though and handy for all Cotswold attractions . Oh and wait till I tell you this - like many sites a chippy comes twice a week but in addition to this a pizza guy comes twice a week . Not just any old pizza guy but a genuine wood burning oven pizza guy ! Fantastico 👌

User

Lovely well maintained site. Facilities are immaculate. Staff are all lovely and very friendly and welcoming. Walk into town is about 10 mins for slow walkers on flat footpath which is suitable for mobility scooters too. Pizza van here on a Tuesday and Friday which was a lovely treat. We'll definitely be back to explore the area

User

Lovely site well situated for exploring the Cotswolds staff are friendly & helpful facilities are spotlessly clean & the site is in supberb condition easy walking distance to the town & bus stop outside the site entrance. We last visited this site in June 2014 & it is still one of our favourites we will be back again in the future 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

User

Lovely site toilets/showers spotless, arrived 20 minutes before 12pm booking on time no problem at all wardens were quite happy to let us on (unlike some sites) ,fresh baguettes every day from reception to purchase, eggs ,cakes ,there's fish n chip van Wednesday / Saturday's and pizza van Friday's ,short walk in to town what more can you ask

User

Love it here - site and staff are wonderful. Absolutely superb but steer clear of the fish and chip van - vile muck

User

Just home from 5 days at Moreton, fantastic site with great staff. The shower and toilet blocks are well kept and clean. We ate in The Bell and The White Hart I'm the village both well worth a visit with the Bell giving discount for club members. Tues and Fri the pizza man turns up and that's a must. See you again Moreton, enjoyed it very much.

User

Just had 5 days at Moreton most things have been detailed I can only add that we will return

All staff very friendly always with a smile

Confirm the Pizza van is definitely worth a call Tuesday and Friday cooked fresh before you a Fish a chip van calls Wednesday and Saturday these wee good as well

Good exercise field for dogs

User

First time on this site but cannot fault it very relaxed setting all of the staff have been helpful cheerfully and friendly. Highly recommend it, we are only here for the weekend but have already booked for later on the year.

User

Back home from a 4 day stay. The site is so well kept. Shower blocks are immaculate. The staff are so friendly and very helpful nothing was too .

It's only a short walk into town where we found a fab cafe The Yellow Brick.

Can't wait to come back. ( We only live an hour towing away)

User

Arrived at 12:00. Given 2 or 3 options for a pitch. We had 2 dogs, so they recommended a grass pitch for our windbreaker to keep dogs secure, even though booked hard standing.

Pitch selected was a little difficult to find, not a negative at all. Then another person was plugged into our electric slot. Site personnel could not have been more helpful to sort this out.

Dog walking area that is huge had the grass kept down well. Unfortunately some dog owners had not picked up what their pooch had left in & out of the exercise area. Not on for us who take great pains over this.

Site facilities were spotless & staff could not have been more sincere in their duties.

Highly recommended.

User

Our first visit to Moreton in Marsh and this club site. Lovely site with spotless showers and toilets. Great staff on site, very helpful and knowledgeable. Pity that some of the pitches are on the small side and that there are so many muddy pools around the roads and paths. Hopefully this will improve with better weather and a little TLC? Location is great, being so close to the town.

User

Looked a good site but some of the corner pitches seemed very narrow and would not accommodate a caravan with an awning. Dog exercise field one of the best we've seen at a caravan club site. On the question of dogs on the site unfortunately one visitor letting her dog run off lead and out of control in main camping area - stupid behaviour that gets all us dog owners a bad name.

Staff excellent as always and we will visit again but beware the mini pitches...

User

As new members this is our first stay on a Club site. Lovely site in a great location, easy walk to the Pubs and Cafes in Moreton. Wardens are friendly and the facilities are clean and warm. Love the local area and will be back.

User

Pitches are small only just got large caravan, awning and a pick up onto the pitch didn't leave much space to sit and all you could see was the side of the pick up as parked across the front of the pitch. Toilet block could be cleaner. Location was great for a quick walk into Moreton
