hotel is lovely but the room we had the bed was not good we didn't sleep well alnight. we told them at the front test that's all she said I so sorry.
Passing at dinner time so stopped for a bite to eat, food was good and hot, nice staff

Such a warm, homely welcome despite ungodly hour. Staff so helpful & genuinely caring. My room is superb, quiet and the bed is the best yet. The dining area is tasteful and spacious. This is my first stay but definitely not my last.
Presently having an overnight stay and although me and my husband cannot fault the excellent welcome at reception, the very clean room, comfy bed and facilities of the hotel, there must be a herd of elephants stopping here too! There should be notices on the room doors asking guests to be mindful of other guests who may actually be trying to get some sleep. Doors slamming constantly and lots of noise going on....doesn't bode well for a restful night's sleep. Contacted reception who confirmed they would check the corridors for activity.
TV is a little unpredictable, keeps turning itself over!
Other than the above mentioned, the hotel is fine and the staff very helpful.
Reasonable hotel. Location not great but close to major roads. Clean and tidy but could do with a bit of paint in places

A really comfortable hotel , handy for the Orthopaedic hospital , Oswestry , Chirk and Wrexham . A pleasant mid priced restaurant attached next door . Plenty of car parking and the bonus of a garden centre within walking distance .
