Just had my first ever one-to-one meditation session. It will not be my last ! I am not sure that sharing my personal experience will help anyone else, as it seems everyone reacts in different ways. Let me just say this; If I had begun meditation years ago, I could have avoided a lot of stress and worry, and maybe been able to think clearer and made some very different life choices. That may sound over the top, but the experience from my first session has had a very positive impact on me.
