After working in several top London restaurants, and alongside renowned Chef Marco Pierre White, Tim brought his dream of owning his own restaurant back to the Isle of Wight in 2006 to open Morgans Restaurant in Shanklin High Street.
Morgans pride themselves in using the finest quality produce, sourced mainly from the Island, and alongside the extensive menu is a daily special board which includes fresh local seafood dishes.
Morgans serve the finest home-made cuisine including Italian food. The restaurant caters for families with children over 5years old providing a children's menu for 5 to 12 year olds

BACK on the special board this week is Tim's famous....Slow Cooked Melt in the Mouth BBQ Ribs with rich bbq sauce served with our own hand cut chunky chips, when they're gone, they're gone!!

Wow! What an excellent restaurant! I have to say the service was exceptional - warm and friendly, couldn't do enough for you but not over imposing. Food was to die for and so well presented. The ambience was perfect. A perfect night out - well done guys!

What a fabulous dinner we had on Saturday night for my Birthday! The seafood is to die for. The Crab and Lobster Bisque is amazing! We both had Hake with scallops and it was so lovely. Had pavlova for dessert and the Waitress had put a candle on top. They were so lovely and friendly as well. Good choice of wine too.....really complimented our food. My friend had phoned and paid for our first drinks which was a lovely surprise. Great service and there was a big table celebrating an 80th birthday but food still came out in good time. Can't wait to go back again when we stay over here next time. Thank you for making my birthday so special! xx
Went to Morgan’s with hubby for the first time last night, it will definitely not be the last! The restaurant is lovely, the staff are very friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. The menu is incredibly varied and everything sounds delicious. My crab and prawn cocktail starter was so fresh and my chicken with pancetta and baby onions for main was the best bit of chicken I’ve ever eaten. It was the best meal I’ve had on the Island, in fact probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Fantastic, 5 stars, can’t recommend enough! Thanks for a fantastic evening.

We celebrated New Year at Morgans Restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food the staff were very attentive to our needs, the wine was good too and we had a wonderful evening. So a big thank you to Tim and his team, especially the little blonde waitress that didn't stop all night, making sure everyone had what they wanted and that everyone enjoyed themselves. Well done!!!
We booked last minute and it was busy when we arrived. I had the chicken breast and my husband had the belly pork. Both meals were piping hot and very flavoursome. As we were too full for dessert, we had two liqueur coffees. Attentive and welcoming staff and not rushed. We will definitely return!
Was on holiday last week - saw an ad in the Wight Magazine, did a bit of Google research and booked. The experience was fab; excellent scallops to start followed by an exquisite dish of sea bass on a bed of crab tagliatelle. Attentive staff, comprehensive wine list, fairly priced for top quality cuisine.
This place is truly amazing! The staff and food is way above most people’s standards! If unsure, just go in and order because you will book to go back again!!

Morgan's is a real find. The service is warm, friendly and efficient. The menu is varied and interesting and you're left with to much choice. 3 of the party had slow cooked lamb which smelt divine and tasted like heaven. I had the hake and scallop which was exquisite. All served with a selection of beautifully cooked vegetables. Dessert was a pavlova with fresh fruit and the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever eaten, it was so light but had a density of flavour. The best restaurant we've ever eaten in and we will definitely return when are here again.

Came last night for my dad's birthday - all our food was excellent. I started with the pork croquettes - wasn't sure what to expect but they were amazing!! My dad thoroughly enjoyed his seafood cocktail starter and his fish and chips were divine! (As were the onion rings we ordered separately!!). One of the top restaurants on the island!
Amazing owners, had the rib of beef today for Sunday lunch, meat was beautifully cooked. Plenty of veg, potatoes and home made stuffing. Great value and will 100% be returning.
