Good supermarket standard quality. Poorly design carpark and petrol station, not easy to access.

Morrisons is the best of the supermarkets in my opinion. It's fabulously clean, the prices are great and the quality is top notch. I shop here regularly and can highly recommend

I feel the need to bring to the attention of Morrisons Penrith's management the frustration and disappointment that I am feeling at the moment. We have shopped in this store for over 10 years and have always been impressed by the overall quality of the store (especially after the fire - the commitment to maintaining a great service during this time was quite amazing - well done for that). However, recently the lack of produce available on the shelves on any given day of the week is astonishing and the absence of staff on the market stalls is also becoming a problem - I've had a couple of conversations with people (whilst waiting to be served) also bemoaning the lack of produce and customer service; so I'm not the only one. Come on Morrisons Penrith, what's happening!? You're driving me towards trying alternative supermarkets unless you up your game.

Café was quite decent and the store has all of the primary household requirements. I was only there on a small shop, but I browsed around and the selection was quite good. Their fresh-baked goods were also quite yummy.

My husband and I stopped through while on our way to the lakes, and we were shocked to discover all of the allergen-free options available! I can't eat gluten, dairy, or soy, but, because we're from the U.S., we didn't plan to be able to find brands with which I was familiar, and, while we didn't see familiar brands, there were so many wonderful options. I'd planned to find produce and grains, but there were plenty of other products for me.

Handy for an M6 motorway break without the extortionate prices of motorway service station prices. Just off the Penrith junction, turn left and keep following the road. Both food and fuel available.

Not so many great deals in store compared to Tesco or Asda and the fuel station was packed. Well stocked though and toilets are clean
