Well laid out store but frequently has empty spaces on shelves especially on a Sunday

Terrible, I ordered my shopping for delivery as I have done for many years. It should have been delivered this morning between 7 and 8. At 7am I had a text message to say it was on its way. At 7.30 I had a phone call to say it wouldent be delivered as they couldent fit it on the van. I am an oap terminaly ill and disabled so cannot go to the store I rely on my deliveries and this is how they treat their elderly customers, disgusting I have told them I will not be ordering from them again I will get my groceries from sainsburys

Good selection. Clothes are good quality and affordable. Price on food is not too bad.

Good place loads of choice of foods such as ready meals. meats like steak, lamb, pork and chicken to cook theres stuff ready cooked that you can take away in a box.

The new cafe is really nice, so light and pleasant. It would be great if they ditched the box of S*n papers though. Racism doesn't go well with breakfast and coffee.

I always find that Morrison's stocks everything I need at excellent prices. Love the butchers and fresh produce particularly.
With More points on top value is even better.

I went to the cafe with my family, and we were served by a nice lady who was very friendly and polite. After we ordered food, afamily member received a lasagne, that could only be described as a greese soup And the salad on my food was mouldy, not impressed. We spoke to the lady that served us and she replaced mine with fresh with no questions asked plus the full order refunded.

If it wasn't for the excellent customer service provided then this would have been a 1 star review.

Always clean reasonably well stocked, could do with a better vegetarian range in the freezers
