Morrisons

I have been shopping at Morrison's for years weekly . Since the new store opened at the city Westcroft has gone down hill.
You have to check all the sell by dates in the past 3 weeks I have picked an item up that has been out of date . Yesterday the 9th of September they had coleslaw on the shelf dated the 6th September .
I had to interrupt a group of about 6 staff at customer service who were chatting . They asked if used wanted to speak to the manager which I have done previously when the chicken I bought was out of date but apart from an apology and refund nothing changes with the food in the shelf - come on westcroft sort your self out before a customer is ill .

Not as large a range as other supermarkets, but has a good canteen. Unfortunately, they also need a pound coin to use their trolleys.

Never a nice shopping experience but £3 meal deal has much more variety than Tesco.

Our local supermarket so we are there quite a lot. Good prices, decent cafe, dry cleaning service. A good supermarket.

A nice big store so we found everything we needed & some more we didn't really need staff were helpful and going through the checkouts was pretty quick to.

good variety of products , the staff in the deli/fresh pizza area very polite and friendly.

Great supermarket. Lots of choice and a good car park.

Never seems to have the essensitals i need when I'm doing shopping, i always need to go to a different supermarket afterwards

Always helpful staff and a calm and relaxed shopping experience. They lose 1 star from this review for having the worst self service tills of any of the supermarket chains I've shopped in. Morrison's take note, fewer silly machines and more of those smiling and helpful staff please.
