Great range of products and good prices.
The staff needs to be trained.Especially the young ones to be patient and polite. I ask a guy who works at the self check out why i cant scan my coupon and the answer was :how can I know darling???
I said to him i thought you work here and I'm not your darling.
Yesterday I needed help ar the self checkout with a product and ask a young lady for help. She was puffing and tapping her big fingernails on the till while waiting fir me to sort out the problem. I didn't say anything but i thought I'm not coming here again!

A large store with a great foreign food section where most things are cheaper than the normal products.
Conveniently by the tube and bus stops

This is a big store with a butchers, bakers, fishmonger, and rotisserie chicken on top a wide selection of goods. Tills are often under staffed, so definitely plan to go when it's less busy.

Spacious shop with a lot of tills (including self check-out) to avoid queues. I really like the products in the deli section - ham, cheese, dips etc. They could improve their bread though. Also, many times they're out of stock at peak times.

Like store layout, easy to find what you want. Best supermarket for lunchtime with deli counter and rotisserie deals. Morrissons is the great all-rounder of Supermarkets and is my favorite of the big four. But it can get real busy and the area has homeless people and beggars outside both main and car park entrance.

I'm writing to make a special mention to Marjorie in the deli section, who gives excellent customer service to me each time I am there looking for the ribs on fire! Thank you!! Keep up the good work!

The cafe is a terrible place since it changed! Three separate occasions in as many weeks I have ordered a breakfast and had to send it back either because it was overcooked or they had got it wrong or as today been so lax on their table numbering had given my breakfast to the wrong customer ( who enjoyed his free brekkie!) Then when they did eventually bri g it the egg was over cooked and when that came I discovered that an item I did not want was on the plate! And the staff are rude. The elderly manageress is patronising. I will not attend that cafe again.

Very disappointed with the price. Although they sell cheap price offers, They don't change in their system. It is happening more frequently. people watch your pockets.

Staff seem poorly trained, they never seem to have information on allergens etc. Or know where things are. Weak free from range and information on Morrison's own brand ingredients.
