I have used the Morse team for my business premises, they are simply fantastic! Everything you could ask for, top service. Don't bother looking around as they are the best around.

Morse security were our first choice of alarm providers when we moved into our new property. They arrived the day after we were in, took over and upgraded the outdated system that was in place and came up with innovative solutions for some tricky sensor placements.

Late night fault on a Friday night on an old system (with no codes!) not installed by Morse. Andy was with us within 45 minutes and had us back up and running (and fully serviced as an added bonus) in no time. Pleasant, polite, knowledgable and clearly understands customer service. Top marks and details saved for ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.

Morse security installed an alarm for me several months ago. I found the company to be responsive and professional. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly, with a survey of my property within a day or so. There was no hard sell, or trying to sell items I wouldn't need, just a professional review of what would best suit my purpose. The installation was carried out within a week of initial contact and was again very professional. Subsequent support has also been very good. For example, through no fault of theirs they were supplied with a faulty battery pack. This was dealt with by remote access within hours and by a visit within a day - all covered by the service charge. Happy with the service & product and happy to recommend
