The Great MOSHIMO Vegan Challenge sees the best chefs from Brighton and beyond come under one roof to compete for your vote to create the best Japanese-inspired vegan dishes.
Set up by MOSHIMO in 2009 to demonstrate what its menu might look like in the future if fish stocks continue to deplete at the present rate, it has become one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the Brighton calendar for vegans and vegetarians alike.

MOSHIMO's Fishlove was rolled out in Copenhagen today... literally. And it's working: after having seen these images, the Danish Fishing Minister agreed to meet campaigners to discuss keeping fishing quotas in line with scientific advice.

What a great experience.

We eat in Japanese restaurants regularily but this stood out as a really excellent experience.

So much enjoyed the food the service and the setting a bit inside a bit outside and almost authentic screens with a feeling of sitting Japanese style at low tables .

I will happily go again when in Brighton and will recommend to all my friends.

Waitstaff always provide good service, consistently tasty fresh variable food selection and delicious wine choices!

Lovely staff who were very friendly. Quick service and great selection of food on the menu and conveyor belt! I would definitely come here again and recommend a visit!
