I ordered from Israel. After ordering, there was fast handling and very fast delivery within 3 days by FEDEX, which was much more efficient and convenient than previous UPS shipments.

Really had a professional order on site and the price was good.

After ordering parts online and over the phone, today I called into the Manchester Branch on Stockport Road.

I have got to say a great experience, so helpful and what Dave and his staff don't know it's not worth knowing.

I spent getting on for 45 minutes with them and left with the required parts, a bargain off the shop shelf and information and guidance that can only come from people who have been there and done it.

BUT recently you have gone to a minimum shipping charge of 32£

Why don’t you use Royal Post to ship lighter items like other UK suppliers?

I’m absolutely appalled by the level of service I received from Moss Europe. Ordered a front crank seal for a mk1 mx5 and I was sent one that was miles too small. I’ve two emails via eBay, both including a photo of the old and new seal and still no reply... If they can’t careless about a £6.20 then I will never be using their service again and I recommend everyone takes them cautiously. Awful service from a company that specialises in mx5 parts
