Anodising, Zinc Plating (Clear, Yellow & Olive Drab Passivate), Chemical Blacking, Alochrom 1000 & 1200 and Surtech 650 finishes

We are a Metal Finishing Company based in Halifax, West Yorkshire with close links to the M62. We offer Sulphuric Anodising to treat Aluminium and increase its corrosion resistance. anodising is available in a range of colours (Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Purple, Black, Smokey Blue (Grey) and Natural (Silver).

We Can Zinc Plate onto mild steel and offer further corrosion resistance with either Clear Passivate or Yellow Passivate.

We Chemical black AKA Black Oxide Coating onto mild steel parts to prevent galling and also increase corrosion resistance, this finish does not affect the metals dimensional tolerances.

Alochrom 1000 (clear), 1200 (gold) and Surtech 650 (chromate free) finishes are thin electroless finishes that steel allow conductivity on aluminium whilst offering corrosion resistance they are mainly used in aerospace applications
