V helpful and well informed staff who went the extra mile - staying after hours on Sunday to ensure our new roofbox was safely fitted to our vehicle. Thank you Alf and Rob!! Well worth visiting the store in person!

Really bad service.booked a roof box to hire.gave them 3 weeks notice...on the day of collection/fitting was informed they couldn't source parts... massive inconvenience as was needed for family camping holiday...
