🎄So on the 23rd day of the advent Mummas brings to you some places for you to go to for some extra support.
🎄Christmas isn’t always a happy time for everyone and it can really heighten the sense of needing support more than any other time of the year. Make sure you put yourself and your family first. Your health and your mind matter.
You are not alone. There is support out there that you can turn to. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. It’s ok to not be ok.
... The following organisations are open all year and can help you.

🎄 Todays advent is brought to you by Claire and is all about windy drops.
🎄Windy drops is how we start all our baby classes (except newborn) and is a great crowd pleaser and also helps with any trapped wind ( as witnessed in a few of my massage classes 😂)
🎄enjoy Mummas.

🎄Advent day 10 is all about the men in our lives.
Thank you to Sam at Mummas & Beans- Canterbury for this post and for making sure I never looked at a Malteser again in the same way 😂.
Enjoy mummas and pass it on to the man in your life.
... I T’S T I M E T O T A L K A B O U T 🍆🍆🍆 !!!
You know, it’s not all about Mummas pelvic floors… its about the Dad’s too.
For ages I’ve been telling Dads that they should be exercising their pelvic floors, you got it…….that same muscle you use to hold in wind on date night!
You should be able to flick a Malteser with an erect 🍆 without moving your hips… if you don’t want maltesers everywhere, or don’t think this is sustainable as a daily event…...then just hold the muscle for three seconds, then relax for three seconds, do this a few times. You should try to ‘do your pelvic floors’ or ‘Kegels’ as the American’s call them a couple of times a day, as they get stronger, you should then try whilst sitting and walking.
Why? If you don’t use it, you loose it. Poor tone can lead to incontinence later in life and exercising your pelvic floor can improve things in the bedroom department, for both men and women.

🎄 So take a look at some ideas for us mums, I really like the idea of the last one, just giving us mums some time to ourselves..even an hour of doing nothing just relaxing can do wonders for you 👍
Enjoy Mummas

🎄On the 8th day of the advent Mummas has put together a few ideas for your hospital bag.

🎄On the 6th day of Christmas Mummas gave to you...some advice on first aid and burns.
🎄The lovely Claire who runs Mummas & Beans Winchester and Daisy first aid in Winchester has put this advice together for you. First aid is extremely important and at this time of year we can get quite distracted on other things meaning accidents can happen. So take a look Mummas 👇

🎄So the 5th day of our advent calendar (better late than never) is a blog written by Nicky all about overstimulation for babies at Christmas.
🎄when I had my first daughter I was super keen to keep her awake as much as I could so that she would sleep at night, unsurprisingly she never did. It's not something I ever really considered overstimulation but this blog is fab and makes so much sense. Enjoy🎄

So on the 4th day of the advent I'm goIng to share a charity which I feel is important at the this time of year. Surrey Sands are volunteers who provide support to bereaved families And healthcare professionals. This charity is holding a carol service called Lights of Love for all on Friday 7th December at Christ Church in Epsom at 19.30.
This service will be to remember all those babies and loved ones who are no longer with us. Christmas can be an extremely difficult time for many, however there is support out there.
