She regularly consults her doctors on her physical activity, who agree that continuing dancing will help with her delivery and recovery period. Sipes advises that it's not an activity expecting mothers should involve themselves in if it's they're first time trying the dance.

These are the most amazing range of products. As a massage therapist and reflexologist I have been on a long journey in an attempt to find a blend of oils I am satisfied with. I met Jan at the baby and toddler show in Manchester, I have a lot of skin allergies and suffer from leg cramps and sore feet. Jan gave great advice and listened to all my needs. I never want to get out of the bath and feel amazing after. Would highly recommend these products to any pregnant lady that wants to pamper themselves x
