... ES Consulting is a small and fast growing computer software business based in Hartley Wintney who specialise in and sell software products for stock control and warehouse management, and now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
The role is responsible for responding to all inbound sales enquiries, product description, booking demos, quotation documentation, general administration, project management, customer support and follow up, and will work closely with and support the business owner in representing the business and closing sales.
Suitable candidates MUST have worked in a Sales Office environment, and have a good understand of Sales processes, be articulate and confident talking to potential and existing customers regularly on the phone, and be fully computer literate.
Although product training will be given, due to its technical nature and the need to explain the product to customers, this role would suit someone with a technical mindset and sound knowledge and passion for software applications and products gained through qualification, work experience or dedicated personal interest.
This role has fantastic career progression and promotion opportunities for the right person as the business is growing at a fast rate.
