300 mile drive to find out they sold my part

Paid for a set of around 5 parts and when arrived, after a 150 mile drive to get there was told that the part was sold, instead of compensating for the lack of forewarning about the double-sold part, was offered ten pounds off the price of the doors I also considered. Wasn't enough, felt cheated and spent £40 on petrol and 4 hours driving to be told the part wasn't available.

I think motorhog is awesome
They have all the parts you need at reasonable prices friendly helpful staff

Expensive used parts, can't even look at the scrap vehicle to check condition or make sure it's the correct part

Terrible ignorant member of staff in spent 40 minutes waiting while he tried to find the part number which is told him I had on my phone but he wasn't interested if I could have got the part else where I would definitely try else where first

Poor customer service you will know more about your part then want they do, cabbages !!!

Staff are not helpful and are rude as i was promised a part the following day and it turned up 3 days late and they refused to refund me my money back as I was going to get the part elsewhere the same day
Also I was waiting for a part in the reception and there was a old woman (looked around 70-80) who was waiting for a wheel and they dumped the wheel in front of her and just walked off, they did not ask if she wanted a hand as she could barely even walk! I was about to offer her a hand but another customer carried it to her car for her. Will not be going back there again
