However Daniel went above and beyond, which resulted in sourcing another car which was swiftly done. I am now the proud owner of a focus st that Daniel helped purchase. I enquired about a car on the Wednesday, and collected the car the following Tuesday, everything was as promised (having only viewed the car on-line); Nathan even coped with me bringing the collection date forward by a week (with almost no notice/warning) - what a star!!
On the day of collection I was greeted with a proper cup of tea (makes nice change from plastic cups), a quick but thorough run through of what paperwork we needed to go complete, a demonstration of the key features & controls, and a double check I was happy with the car before signing on the bottom line (even dashing off to find a suitable cloth to clear up some water drop marks on the drivers door before I drove off).

I would thoroughly recommend MotorLings based on my experience, and have nothing but positive things to say about Nathan who looked after me throughout the purchase process.

I don't often leave reviews but felt with this is was worth the time.

I've spent the last few weeks looking for a new company vehicle and decided to give a Mitsubishi a try. From my initial meeting with Matthew and Kelly I was really impressed with how friendly, helpful and professional they were.

I ended up ordering the vehicle and collecting it yesterday. From beginning to end they were great and really accommodating with everything I wanted and made buying the vehicle a pleasurable experience. They say you can only really judge a company when something goes wrong and as nothing has so far (touch wood) I can't comment, but I feel confident that should it, they will look after me.

I would have no reservations whatsoever about buying another vehicle from these guys!!

After searching online for a new car and being recommended by my neighbour I ended up on motorlings website and saw a car I liked. After an initial phone call I popped down to see Matt, well what can I say he was friendly , welcoming and not pushy at all , he gave me a chance to take the car for a spin and then discussed my part exchange vehicle. I left without purchasing but came back a few hours later with my husband who also took it for a test drive. We decided to purchase and the transaction was really easy. Matt was willing to offer advice and knowledge and not at any point was I made to feel like just a number ! It was as though he really cared about what I wanted ! Fast forward a week and I now have my car . I feel comfortable in the knowledge I have 12 months warranty and if anything happens I can go straight down there and see Matt directly . I obviously can't comment on the after sales car as I have yet to require it but if it's anything like the presales I will be impressed !

Matt is one of the loveliest salesmen there us, no pressure, no hard sell.. Just a friendly chap who knows his job brilliantly and made the whole experience such a pleasure..
The manager Dan is great.. He too was so helpful.. We have bought a few cars from Motorlings and highly recommend taking a look around their showroom... They make you feel at ease and they make a wonderful hot chocolate too!! Great job to all the staff, especially Matt..
