Nice friendly service but paid £19,98 for two bog-standard H7 bulbs. Had to buy for long journey home. Local price for identical product was £3.75 (£7.50 for two)

I had a problem with the cause of a leisure battery going flat, it was 1 month within warranty, they took it out of the "awkward cupboard" in my Camper put it on charge for a 24 hours then waited a further day to ensure it held charge. It proved to be ok and the Manager replaced it in my Camper, all with a smile and "It's no trouble at all". Customer Service at its best,

Good shop lowers prices plenty of products

SPOT ON, cracking bunch of lads.

Total bunch of tossers, any excuse not to refund you for a defective part. Had a QH battery for less than 3months and it will not hold charge and turn over engine yet they blame the car!!! Mr AA man says its the battery put a new one on and wow its working but they know better apparently.
