Moulding Solutions Limited who will once again be exhibiting at the PRE exhibition where it will centre its attention around the depth of the processes that are offered and the expansion of the capacity over which to carry out the processes. Moulding Solutions Limited is proud to announce the completion of a £4 million pound investment in larger premises that will allow the amalgamation of all its facilities onto one site. The premises which consists of a 90,000 square foot/... 8,400 square meter industrial unit, an 5800 square foot / 540 square meter office block and an external storage yard extending to 3.5 acres. The property is based at Kilnhurst in South Yorkshire, a small industrial township laying between Doncaster and Rotherham. The site will be home to the plastic recycling facility where the key processes will be Size Reduction , incorporating granulation, shredding and baling. Sorting involving densification, colour sorting and contamination extraction. Washing Blending and Compounding. Additional investment this year includes an upgrade of the existing Quality Assurance and Laboratory facilities, creating a bespoke testing operation for both incoming plastic waste and finished compounds and regrinds. The company’s fleet of vehicles for the delivery of the compounds and regrinds and collection of the various forms of plastic waste has been expanded with an additional two vehicles and 3 trailers. Hi To all our friends and customers,just to let you know we have lost one of our warehouses yesterday due to the large fire at the business next door.The fire brigade did a great job of preventing it spreading to the rest of our property.We are back and are up and running to full capacity business as usual today.
