These guys go above and beyond in every respect. Chris and the team at Mountain Trax are genuine bike experts and the biggest bike fanatics you could ever meet. I bought a bike from them after a very extensive and thoroughly tortured 'demo bike month', and have felt part of the family ever since. I have always been a believer of supporting local bike shops, but I will happily continue to drive the hour+ from Oxford to visit the team at Mountain Trax.

Very helpful staff. Their product knowledge was superb, they repaired one of our bikes while we waited and gave us helpful information on mountain bike trails in the area at the same time. A great team of staff - we'll definitely go out of our way to go back when we need anything.
