About Me: Christina Nebel
I am a professionally qualified counsellor / psychologist who is working extensively within the local community, GP surgeries, hospitals, NHS and privately over the last 20 years. I provide counselling / psychotherapy and coaching services both in person or by telephone to suit your needs.
Therapy may be beneficial if there are any areas in your life that you would like to explore, issues that you would like to address or just need someone to talk to confidentially. The initial introductory session is free of charge and designed to see what you would like to work on and if I can be of help.
My work is based on the combined principles of integrative and interpersonal therapy. I also work using the framework of brief solution focused therapy where it is appropriate. Special areas of interest include: Stress and Anxiety management, Bereavement and Trauma counselling.
I also provide counselling for other counsellors as well as for student therapists.
All of my work is clinically supervised in accordance with BACP requirements.
