Last few days of term time, why not bring the kids after school for our meal deal still only £4.95 including 2 hours play

We came for the first time on Tuesday, with my girls 6 and 2 and my friend's two boys 9 and 6! They all had a fab time!! The soft play area is great, with plenty to explore. Good selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks, with a good variety on the menu for hot food.

It was clean and tidy. The steps and toilet seats in the loos are very much appreciated.

The ladies were really friendly and as it wasn't overly busy we got to stay for longer than 2 hours which was fab. We will definitely be back. Thank you xx

Love the £2 term price perfect for little ones and meeting up with friends and family. They even accommodate me bringing my own almond milk for my lattes

Just had my boys 8th birthday party here him and his friends really enjoyed it and really good value for money would definitely recommend and would be back again �

I have visited a lot of soft play centres over the last 18mths and this is by far the best one in my opinion. I have read all of the reviews on the page and am astonished that some mentioned expensive. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. I came back with change from £10 and that includes food and drinks for my son and numerous coffees for myself. It's cleanliness is impeccable. I appreciate how difficult it is to keep kids play areas clean but this place manages it to high standards. Someone has mentioned that the staff expected to clean up after their kids - whether this is true or not, is it really unreasonable to clean up after your kids wherever u r! Common courtesy to me! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We will definitely be going again. Well done Mousetrap for providing such a lovely environment for my little boy to play and a great cup of coffee too :-).

First visit in Monday. The centre is very clean and air conditioned which is great in this heat. The play frame is huge and entertained my little boy for ages. Great price too.

Brought my granddaughter here to a party. She had a brilliant time plenty of food in the party room. So pleased that you have air conditioning but missed the slushy please get a machine

...just had my daughter's 4th birthday party here. Had a VIP two hours. Staff were fab. The young man in charge on Sunday 11th Sept was great, he was so friendly and helpful. The structure of the session was really clear and the timings were perfect. The party was really good value for money. Kids enjoyed the disco and the food was fine. Would recommend a VIP party.

Was a great experience 10/10 from the last time I visited literally I would of gave the place 1/10 then but spending it yesterday at my daughters friends birthday party was a great turn around my only thing was there's not much of a variety on the menu don't get me wrong my food and kids was great but if a better selection had been available to order I would of gave it 5 stars welldone mouse I will become a regular customer to your play centre �����

Took my 20 month old nephew ,I like the layout and staff seemed nice but I didn't like it when I took my nephew into the ball pool there was bigger kids (well over 3 years ) and they were throwing the balls around seeing who could hit who the hardest , so I wasn't impressed with that but I would bring him back again as it is good value during term time

My boys really enjoy coming .. the staff are really nice n make you feel welcome. We travel to bring our boys here n haven’t been disappointed yet the only issue is You wait awhile for food etc but is to be expected when busy periods so no biggie

Didn't expect to get in on a bank holiday Monday. But...

Food was good even if my jacket potatoe had been in a little longer that it needed to be, still tasted great. Kids loved it.

Suggestions? Get some air freshener in the air con- smells of sweaty people when you walk in, which this kids were after 20 ministers play! I bet it's warm at the top of the frame!

It's good and will travel again, but next time bring spare clothes. (Our fault not the premises! )

Was good for the kids I thought the food and drink was overpriced

Came yesterday (Friday half term) with my granddaughter who is just over the 10 age recommended limit but we were meeting friends with 6 year olds and knew she would get dragged in so I paid for her to pay fair enough. It was rammed full (expected in half term) with prams and shopping trolleys all over the shop. We had to go upstairs as no space downstairs. To try and get upstairs was a nightmare with prams in the door way and children going on the little rides and a table and chairs near enough outside the lift.



Ordered a few bits of food for the kids and it took over half an hour for chips (understand it was busy) £1.50 for a bottle of water was a bit steep though.



Kids had a good time as normal. My only criticism was I paid for my granddaughter to go in and clearly there were other teenagers that were in the frame that had not paid as they came in as the same time as us and the parent paid for 1 child not 3! Why didn't I do the same? It's not fair or right that some honest people say she was over the age and paid and others just go and have fun for free. This needs sorting in some way. I appreciate that some parents have to go in and rescue children or pull them out for reason but going down the slid and playing isn't really fair.



I'm sure we will be back with the younger children but hopefully on a less busy day.

Think the staff need to go On a food allergy course. 🙈 Dairy free party . My son is cmpa and other allergies I was reassured it was fine .... when I booked I informed of allergies stated whole party was dairy free and on the day they bring out mini cheese , biscuits , crisps all contained milk it was a shambles . Luckily I had brought in my own bits luckily I did .

Play area the kids absolutely loved as had to drag them away at the end of it . Just the right amount of time as well for little ones even if there are tears at the end when there dragged out the door . Let down with the food and lack of allergy information but everything else was superb

We had a party here last week for my niece we had 27 children but seating provided to sit and eat accommodated a maximum of 18. Leaving many children standing. We immediately ran out of food as not enough was provided. We asked for extra food and waited another 25 minutes for 2 bowls of chips and a small pizza cut in to tiny slices. The play area was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. However I wouldn't advise you have a party here for over 20 kids as they struggle to accommodate.

Not be going back as a lot of kids kept bulling my son and told parents there words was I don't care. Can't belive how some people can let there kids run wild. Yes I understand it's a soft play kids will be kids but not to the extent a parent would come out with that.

I visited today with my 6 year old Niece. The staff were friendly and polite despite being over worked which leads me to the negatives. The place is overcrowded with kids in the fenced off play area. It's cramped and there is no warden on keeping an eye on the children and ensuring that the children are following the rules. Whilst I know that parents should be responsible for their own, they're unfortunately not all aware of the rules and so long as the children aren't bothering them.... But that's another gripe. There is a toddler and baby area on the bottom of the soft play and the older kids were running past and almost knocking the babies over. There were a couple of older boys sitting at the top of the play tower who were bullying and intimidating the younger ones. When I bought it to a member of staff's attention she looked nervous about handling the situation. Would I go again? Not for all the tea in China!!
