Lee Bennett and Cauldron Lee Aldridge took part in the Gatwick Super Series on Sunday.
Both players performed well over the 36 holes, scoring -9 and -8 to finish in 19th and 22nd respectively, out of a field of 98.
The result leaves them ranked 26th and 55th in the UK. A long way to go to see who will finish as #1 in Norfolk.
... This Friday, both players take part in the Tour Event at Twisted Stone. A beautiful course open only 2 weeks of the year specifically for this event.

Cambridge 19 v 0 Tilney

Cauldron Lee Aldridge scored a fantastic -6 on Sunday at the UK Footgolf Association East of England Open @ Cambridge Footgolf, Milton, to end 2nd in the amateurs competition, and 8th overall. A great achievement up against 118 players, many of which have represented England and Europe in international competitions.
Lee Bennett FootGolf struggled with injury, and scored a respectable +2. Plenty of time left in the season to fully recover and start to show his ability.

Spontaneous practice session after work last night. #hole11

The course is reopen and in advance of the club league that starts in April, this is the first in a series of practice sessions we'll be doing over the coming weeks. Anyone and everyone welcome to join us.

The course at Mousehold officially reopens after the Winter break, on Tuesday 12th March.

Great performance today from Lee Bennett FootGolf to finish in 3rd spot at Gatwick. With stand in partner Charlie Arthur of Cambridge, the pair shot a brilliant -17 to finish 4 shots behind the winners.
Cauldron Lee Aldridge missed the event as he become a father in the week. Congrats Lee!. Don't leave it too long to get back on the course! ;)

In cold winter conditions, the 2 Norfolk lads Cauldron Lee Aldridge & Lee Bennett FootGolf can hold their head high after a good performance on Stage 2 at Abbey Hill yesterday.
Shooting a great -10, the boys finished in 13th place overall.
Next up is Stage 3, Brampton Heath in Northampton on Feb 18th.

Tomorrow sees the start of the 2018 footgolf season. We start at Princes Park Dartford with the first of a 4 part winter series.
This is World Cup year and points will be up for grabs throughout the season with the prize of representing the UK in the Marrakesh final in December.
