Wow what a holiday!!!
Movement&Bloom have been on an adventure along the French Rivera stopping in Girona and finishing up in Barcelona...what a fabulous time we’ve had! We’ve mingled with the rich and famous in (Monaco) felt very glamorous sipping cocktails in (St Tropez) gobsmacked by the size of the yachts in (Cannes) took a little detour into Italy andbravely fought off the mosquitoes in (TourTour) but they won! Bandol didn’t disappoint with it’s beautiful beaches, gorge...ous coastline and fabulous french food 🙋‍♀️ We’ve stayed in some gorgeous places but the best was Chateau Biou a beautiful vineyard which was very rustic and French. Two bottles of vino have been purchased and carefully wrapped in towels so fingers crossed they get home safely! 🍷 Girona was interesting with its beautiful square and fabulous shops. Barcelona was amazing but I don’t get Gaudi La Sagrada Familia...maybe I need to go again! There is just too much to write about but maybe one day I will write my travels entitled ‘1 Women, 1 Man and a teenager take in the French Riviera’

We love fit club for so many reasons. Blooming Mums initially started because I wanted somewhere that women could workout while their babies, or toddlers chilled out and it didn’t cost a fortune 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ It got me thinking that I can’t possibly be the only woman who wants this....surely not! A fitness class that leaves you feeling like you’ve worked out where you can drag along the babes 👶🏼 In our classes we get to workout, natter and meet new mums....nee...d I say anymore. But it has become so much more because of you🙏

This is a FREE walking club for mums to meet up once a month to chat, have a coffee, eat cake and meet new mums. Went to Natalie's class at St James Centre yesterday and it was brilliant. Natalie did very gentle exercises with me as I had a c section and I've got abdominal separation so we will be working on this. I feel great today and stronger already!

This class has been excellent, eases you back into excersise, you feel like you have had a really good work out after the class. I would defiantly recommend this class, Natalie make you feel at ease and make the class enjoyable.

Really recommend this class, especially if like me you have a toddler and are struggling to find an exercise class where you will feel comfortable taking them with you... look no further! Natalie is so welcoming, patient and lovely with the little ones, meaning you have no excuse but to exercise (in between mummy duties anyway)!

Really enjoying the postnatal fitness class at the One2One centre! Natalie is brill - so helpful and supportive. It's a really nice, friendly atmosphere where babies are very welcome!

Natalie's classes are amazing!! For anyone worrying that the classes won't have much impact and it's just a lot of standing round with the baby, this is a proper intense circuits class! There's always a gentle alternative if needed and natalie breaks you in gently at first but then she really challenges you to push yourself! It feels great to be able to do a proper serious workout without having to worry about childcare to go to the gym! So reasonably priced as well! We love it so much that we've bullied Natalie into teaching us a second class in the week!

Natalie's class is brilliant! I was tired of being treated like I was fragile, going to classes and barely breaking out in a sweat. Not Natalie!! She provides a fantastic work out session tailored to everyone's needs and you leave feeling like you have actually accomplished something. What's more she is a great instructor and has you feeling welcome from the get go. I'm signing up to two classes a week!! Would totally recommend all new mummy's to give this a go - you won't be disappointed! Thanks Natalie!!

Natalie provides a great class for new mums, it's a great workout but appropriate and safe. I feel ok stopping at any point to see to baby, and Natalie and the other mums understand. We also all have a good chat and laugh together!

Movement and bloom in just ace. If you are a Mum with a baby who is trying to get back into fitness, it is perfect.



It is a great class and a wonderful opportunity to meet other mums. It’s a good way to get back into exercise.



Natalie is a lovely coach, and makes the class really welcoming. She knows your limits but will push you. I’ll never forgot when she told me to push the pram up the hill “again”. � but I did it.



She doesn’t mind class disruption either, bf, crawling, crying, no problem. She will even rock your pram for you, just so you can run up the Wallasey town hall steps. �



In all I couldn’t recommend it enough xx

Love � buggy fit! After struggling to find my mojo after an emergency c-section I bit the bullet and joined buggy fit after it appeared on my newsfeed. Natalie has been really attentive to my needs and adapted exercises If required . She's supportive and offers lots of encouragement and even manages a hand if the babies becoming a bit niggly! What's better still it's a great group of mums making it a relaxed and fun atmosphere !

Love this class & Natalie!! It's a brilliant workout, always varied anything from boxing, running in the park, kettle bells, planks & resistance bands. It's definitely an all over workout � but not only do I get to exercise but I get to bring my little girl (nearly 2) with me (which is fab as nowhere else lets you bring a toddler)!! Natalie brings toys to the class to keep them entertained & she also keeps an eye on her if we go for a run round the park. Can't recommend this class more highly �

Love buggy bootcamp! Great opportunity to make new friends and exercise-it is fab to be able to bring my baby along. Natalie is an amazing instructor and it is brilliant to have a regime that it is tailored for post natal mums-I know that it will help me reach my fitness goals safely.

Love Natalie's class! I have been going since Lucas was 6 weeks old and found it a brilliant way to get back into exercise. Natalie adapts everything to suit your level of fitness. It's also a fantastic opportunity me meet other mum's and have a chat before or after the class.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. I’ve been attending Natalie’s classes since December 2017, about 10 weeks after giving birth. I thought I was generally fit having been to the gym throughout my pregnancy but Natalie’s classes have taken my fitness to the next level. I’ve also noticed a difference in my overall strength and feeling more toned. Natalie pushes you in a very nice way as she knows you are capable. I’ve been doing the HIIT class and the buggy fitness and can honestly say they are my favourite classes whilst on maternity leave. I can’t recommend these classes enough. Natalie is so personable and great with the babies too... she’ll even do an impromptu “wind the bobbin” up! �

I've been going to buggy fit on a Wednesday morning on the promenade and it's brilliant! Perfect combination of having a proper workout, in a gorgeous location, whilst my little boy is either entertained by our activities or having a nice nap in the fresh air! Push yourself. I can't fit in excercise around my two children and husbands working hours so this is a fantastic way of doing it with a really lovely and accommodating instructor. I'll be going again

I'm loving my exercise classes with Natalie at Movement & Bloom; an excellent reintroduction to fitness after the marathon of childbirth.



From the outset I felt supported and welcomed, my lack of fitness levels weren't a problem as I was able to join in as much or as little as I was able, building up steadily. The other ladies in the group are all fab and I've really enjoyed getting to know them and their babes, watching them change every week.



Natalie took the time to learn about my birth and post-birth experiences allowing her to tailor exercises where necessary to ensure I'm not overdoing it too soon. She's always got a smile on her face, and is friendly, helpful, understanding and most of all, motivating!



My son always behaves really well in the groups, so any concern I had about his interruptions were unfounded, he just seems to find a bunch of moving ladies to be interesting, as do most of the other babies.



Week on week I feel my fitness improving and my body getting stronger. I'm really enjoying this safe and encouraging atmosphere to get my body back into shape.

I was worried this would be another fluffy postnatal class but not quite, once Natalie checks for abdominal separation she takes no prisoners! I did a lot of exercise before pregnancy so exactly what I was looking for with the added convenience that babies can come along. There’s so much going on to keep them entertained and if babies do get restless Natalie is straight there to distract them. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re serious about getting back into shape, can definitely feel it for a few days after!

I tried a few different fitness class post natal as I have never been the fittest person but always have good intentions to try and do exercise!! Natalie is just amazing, the exercises are honestly fun and the time goes quickly, I would recommend this class to anyone! It’s also nice to meet other mums local to you xxx

I my daughter had a Caesarian section and and was concerned exercises she could safely. I paid for a some sessions for her with Natalie after seeing her website. Following a discussion with Natalie she began with 2 one and one sessions to give my daughter confidence prior to attending the group in Heswall. Natalie carried a thorough assessment prior to starting any exercise which was very reassuring.

Natalie was consistently caring and encouraging putting my daughter at ease.

What is so brilliant about about Movement and Bloom is that your baby is included in the sessions and Natalie taylors the exercises to individual needs and my daughter really enjoyed attending.

We could not recommend Natalie highly enough.

I have never enjoyed exercise of any description. After having my second child I thought I would just go along to a class and see what it was like.

Well my little boy is 10 months and I'm still attending regular classes. Buggy fitness is brilliant. You get fit in the fresh air, and don't need a baby sitter!

It's hard work but Natalie makes you feel so comfortable and good about yourself. The time flies!

I can't recommend movement and bloom enough.

I now actually enjoy a bit of exercise, and I can see and feel the difference it is making .

I have had a bit of a slow recovery from a c section but was determined to get back into shape and Natalie gives the perfect balance of challenge and personalised care. She examined me for abdominal separation before my first session and always adjusts the exercises for our individual needs so I feel that I am in very safe hands. I have been going to Movement and Bloom classes for over a year now and I cannot recommend Natalie’s classes highly enough. Before having children I did a lot of long distance running but stopped all together after the birth of my first son. I eventually joined the gym but had lost all of my confidence and didn’t know where to start! Feeling physically much better after the birth of my second son, I was keen to join a postnatal exercise class and I’ll be honest I thought it might be too easy for me... how wrong was I!? Natalie shows us variations of different exercises so as everyone can work to their own level of fitness. She also likes to push us out of our comfort zones as our fitness increases and no two classes are ever the same. I have definitely achieved so much more going to these classes than I ever would have done just going to the gym or out for a run. I’ve gained confidence, lost weight, made new friends and my little boy has had fun too!

I can't recommend Natalie and her classes enough. I am really enjoying attending with my 5 month old and already feeling the benefits. Natalie works you to your level of fitness, the classes are enjoyable and your baby gets to play on the numerous baby gyms she has. Win win�

I can not recommend Natalie enough. I’ve attended the pre-pregnancy class since 16 weeks and having come from a love of cardio and feeling like that was the only way to exercise, I was so surprised at how much we could be pushed with just some bands, kettle bells and weights! Natalie is fabulous and has adapted the workouts as we’ve got bigger and less flexible! Loved every class and will definitely be back with baby!!! Xx

I attend Natalie’s PT sessions which are small and great for people who need lots of motivation to exercise! Natalie tailors the exercises to your own abilities whilst still pushing you to improve. Most of all they are fun and a great way to meet up with friends �

I attend Natalie's s PT sessions not movement and Bloom. My son is now 4 but I never did any exercise afterwards and my core was weak. Natalie is so encouraging and pushes you in a positive way. Last year Prior I started a bit of jogging but nothing else and have found a big difference in my strength and stamina since attending PT sessions. I was often unsure of how to do certain exercises and warm ups but now feel much more confident as Natalie clearly explains what each bit of your body should be doing and if you are in the wrong position will tell you how to tweak it. I have never felt comfortable in large groups so this session really works for me . Natalie varies the sessions and adapts them to the fitness of the participants. Highly recommended, great fun catching up with friends and a super work out too

Great postnatal exercise classes with Natalie from Movement & Bloom held at One to One midwives in Ellesmere Port. Great easy movements to start you moving again. Moves that you can really do anywhere and also great advice about nutrition!

Finding the opportunity to exercise with a new baby is tough! These classes have been a godsend for me and Elsie. Not only have they got tougher as the weeks have gone on, they are really varied. It's guaranteed to make a different part of me hurt the day after each week! It's also a great group of girls and we are often chatting until way past lunchtime with coffees afterwards!! Fantastic classes. Each week you work on something different. It never gets boring and you can always go at your own pace. Natalie is great, such a lovely person and really knows her stuff. Could recommend her classes more.

Couldn't put into words how much I love these classes. Started them when my baby was around 10 weeks and my fitness has soared. Wasn't sure it'd be hard core enough for me but I needn't have doubted Natalie has an amazing knack for ensuring everyone is catered for in every class. Love the social element and how my baby can be with me and play with the other babies. Don't want to go back to work and stop going to these classes. Natalie is caring and makes sure we excercise safely...can't recommend the class enough it's just fantastic �

By far the best fitness class for post baby I’ve done on the Wirral!

Natalie is fab and tailors every session to individual capabilities whilst making everyone feel completely included.

Classes are also fab for a good goss and catch up � all the mums are lovely!

Will definitely be signing up again in the future if the opportunity arises xx

An excellent pregnancy class ran by Natalie! Great for any stage of pregnancy and a great way of meeting other mums to be!

I started at 15 weeks due to SPD pain and this class has really helped relieve it! Would highly recommend!
