At our MovieMakers Summer Workshop, a complete movie starring local children like yours is made in just one week
Movie Makers Uk Description
This exciting and educational workshop lasts for an entire week and is nonstop fun. The participants will learn about technical skills, such as shot angles, lighting and sound. They will have the opportunity to work the clapper board, handle the boom mic and assist the director and camera operators. They will be given coaching in performance skills of acting for the camera, line delivery and characterisation. They will 'shoot' in a variety of different locations- interior and exterior - at the lovely facilities of Prince's Mead School, Winchster. At the end of the week, the 'footage' is taken away and edited. Then everyone is invited to a 'debut' screening of the finished movie and everyone goes home with their own DVD, complete with extra features (outtakes, behind the scenes footage, slide show, etc. ).
