Utter disgrace. I used ‘Moving Home Company’ who broke all their promises and quite simply thrashed my possessions. Items taken into storage, came back in pieces. TV, Washing Machine, Microwave, Bed frame, Mattress, Dining chairs, Coffee tables, Picture frames, etc . . . either RIPPED, DENTED, BROKEN OR SMASHED.

They’ve since refused any feedback, refused to discuss a refund on my moving fees and no one senior is taking my calls. They’ll come to your house with promises of professionalism and support every step of the way then send round ‘a bloke in a white van’ to do a job that is nothing less than embarrassing. Please be very careful if thinking of using this firm, so far I’ve received nothing but missed calls and broken furniture.

A truly amazing company with a friendly staff team. They moved my grandparents a fair distance away without any problems.
