Counselling offers safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which to explore our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, develop and increase self awareness, therefore facilitating a scope for change. Every person and their life experience is seen and respected as unique and every change as coming from within.
People often find that counselling not only helps with resolving a presenting problem /issue but also with a sense of self-worth and feeling of being in control of their own lives.
