Mowgli

Mowgli is the artist name of Manuel Jimenez Barrio. I have performed under this name at events ranging in size from the Big Chill Festival to LPM. I also produce video and animation content for artists and marketing events tohether with video installations and video mapping. I have vjed alongside a wide range of artists including Roisin Murphy, Tynchy Stryder, Lady Sovereign, Astrix and Infected Mushroom and produced video and animation content for the BBC, Above & Beyond and Nintendo Wii. I also perform audio visual sets with producer Silveriofunk with whom I created the audiovisual performance piece "Maya" which was premiered at the British Film Institute Southbank in 2010. I was a finalist at the Edirol European VJ Challenge held at the London International Music Show in 2008 and had the holographic projection piece created for the Musion system screened at Kinetika Art Fair in London in 2010.
