A nice t4 came in for mapping with pp0.5 injectors. After checking the timing, boost, maf sensors etc we went ahead and started mapping it. Rough idle sorted through the pump voltage map, and nice smoke free power of 134bhp. This van received a full health check, data logging, timing check, a few tweaks of the turbo actuator, rolling road run before and after and custom remap. Nice T5.1 came in this week for a remap. After the stock rolling road run and data logging we could see it had been mapped.......quite badly!! There was terrible clutch judder low down and the peak torque was 417nm😱. If left any longer there would have definitely been a big mechanical failure!! The van left us with smooth torque delivery, peaking just under 3000rpm at 366nm and 165bhp. Below is the before and after print out.

A very well looked after T4 in this week with pp0.5 injectors. The idle was rough and she was quite smokey, but after a lot of data logging and a bit of custom mapping she made a nice 145bhp, no smoke and a smooth idle.

Well what can I say but wow cheers Luke great bloke and made to feel welcome before and after the work was done Luke explained the graphs before the remap and after in detail.
Decided to go home via the A50 to try my T5 out after the remap and what a difference it’s a different van highly recommend MPG REMAPS

We met Luke in July at Camperjam. Having our T5 remapped had been on the cards for a while, but we hadn't found a garage we were completely happy with (bhp improvement and at a justifiable price). Chatting with Luke put our minds at rest. And he was local too! We were looking to not only improve performance and fuel economy, but also to ensure the remap looked after the turbo too. Our T5, Olly is a 1.9 85bhp with over 409k miles on the clock.... After the health check came back with no faults, Luke set about his magic... Olly was only managing 79bhp (not bad for years).... He is now running at 142bhp!!! We cannot thank Luke enough. He is a very genuine chap. Very knowledgeable and he really knows what he is talking about.

Remap of my T5.1 140 DSG. What a massive difference! Have used it now for c1000 miles and increase of 4 mpg and all round better performance with the power where you need it. Definitely recommend mpg remaps!
