I am a Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher covering Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.

As a fitness professional my aim is to help and motivate others to realize that they can become fitter and stronger, and lead healthier, more fulfilled lives. Sometimes we all need a gentle push in the right direction to get things moving and that's where I come in. I will help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.
Training can either be outdoors, on the beach or in your local park or in the comfort of your own home, whatever suits your needs. I look forward to meeting you soon.
