At Mat Pro Pilates we are dedicated to those aiming at a toned and taut body, sculpting long, lean muscles, working towards total body conditioning through the core muscles with an added bonus of HIIT for efficient fat burning! It only takes a few lessons to start seeing results.
We teach Pilates for all levels incorporating cardio and strength training for better results.

I've trained with Ania 1:1 and in group lessons, her Pilates and HITT training methods compliment my exercise regime perfectly. I continued to train with Ania throughout my pregnancy and afterwards...which really helped contribute to my body being back to pre-pregnancy shape, if not stronger, within 6 weeks of my daughter being born. Ania is excellent at what she does.
