Really enjoyed lunch here. The Blackfirest Sundae was was very good. Clotted cream, proper ice cream and real fruit as well as the chocolate cake pieces.

I went with my mother to have a very nice afternoon tea and it was very nice, it was just like being treated like very important people and the menu looked very appetising. We stayed there and watched how the staff were kind to everyone including people by themselves. Would go there again.

I cannot recommend the cream teas at Mr Miles highly enough! Not only do you get all the essential features - tea, milk, scones, cream and jam - but the scones come lovely and warm, making it even more of a treat than usual! And it was all served by very friendly staff - hard to ask for more, really!

Had afternoon tea here for a friends baby shower, nothing was too much for the staff they were all very friendly, lovely food. Would definitely be back.

Beautifully lay out, the staff was very friendly and helpful! They came and showed us to our seat without seconds and showed us to our table with a smile on her face! When asked what the special was... There wasn't no thinking she knew off the top of her head which was really helpful! The shop is sooo beautiful and we both could of spent so much money and time in there just looking round!

I had the special of the day and it was cooked to perfection! Very much worth the money and my partners mum had soup and a roll! She said the taste was so nice, she ate it all and said was worth the money also! We can't complain and we will be returning again soon.

Not good service waited so long thought I had to go and order food myself to then be told no we come to your table ...dirty tables could do with good clean ...too many flies I asked if anything could be done got told by young girl I will go and check she didn't bother coming back ...food was OK over priced though can not believe they want to charge £4.50 for child's scone with cream and jam and a drink

It was nice place inside staff friendly. Me and my mum had the Welsh rarebit which was very nice,but dispointed that it clearly did not come with home made colslaw as stated on the menu at almost £8 for this dish, and packet salad the cucumber and tomoatoe was fresh.

I don't get the good reviews!! Ridiculously overpriced and staff are just plain rude. Majority of staff are very young and more interested in standing gossiping and giggling than serving. Tables were dirty place needs a good clean. Will not be returning far nicer establishments to get a good cream tea!!
