Then it sounds like you need some Pilates in your Life !
Pilates focuses on stability of your pelvis and abdominals and then challenges that stability by mobilising other joints in your body. As you become familiar with the exercises and start to build your stability, we can start to increase the challenge.
Pilates is very adaptable, you work to our ability so if you have any pain we focus on increasing your mobility. If you have a good level of fitness and you are looking for a challenge, we focus on increasing your stamina.
Classes are carried out in small groups of 6 so everyone receives a very personal service and exercises can be individually modified for each participant.
