I came in today with a wonderful lady from the old people's home that I work at. She has dementia and the young woman working in the shop could not have been more kind and caring towards her. Witnessing how happy being in a new surrounding made her was so touching and it was made all the more special by the compassion shown from this member of staff.
Thank you to her; both this lady and I have had our day made.
