Went to see the stereophonic last night ,tremendous show ,excellent sound ,great seats and well organised everyone involved take a huge bow well done

User

Thankyou to the stewards who went above and beyond at Disney on Ice yesterday, we arrived and were unable to access our seats due to my cousin's limited mobility. The stewards who helped us and found us appropriate seats on the disabled area were so friendly and helpful and couldn't fault the service. Oh and the show was great and a fab arena. Thankyou

Had an amazing time Thursday. Organisation wasn't it's best. After getting checked at three doors and getting sent to the next door. Can't complain, security was great and felt good after events that took place this year. The killers incredible. Made it to the front and was looked after by security by stage in high crowds. Managed to leave arena pretty fast and wasn't too manic too. Car park is ideal. Didn't realise how easy and cheap it is parking and leaving the car park. Back again in two weeks for Mrs Brown. Can not wait!

User

Came to see James Arthur last night .freind won a competition for the collection lounge but we were worried about not being able to get upfront . Staff were amazing so friendly ,escorted us through the arena and the manager came to get us and took us straight to the front before anyone had access. Nothing was too much trouble !! Made four girls extremely happy . Awe sum staff awesome venue .thankyou for an amazing night .

Just got back from the Bootleg Beatles concert. We booked tickets and obtained seat numbers online a number of months ago. When we arrived at the arena, we were told that the section we had booked had been closed off and that we needed to go and get new seats numbers from a staff member. Having found our new seats, which, although closer to the stage, were not what we wanted, I went back to speak to the staff members who had given us the seats and explained we were unhappy with the seats and asked if there were any others. The two staff members dealing with the new tickets for everyone were fantastic, unfortunately, I didnвАЩt get their names. They tried so hard to move us, but were told by the supervisor of the box office there were no spare seats. I then spoke to another supervisor who took the seat numbers we were in and said if there were any spare seats, he would come and get us. He kept his promise and moved us, once the show had began. The seats were perfect and the service from the two staff members I initially dealt with and Alf, the supervisor was spot on! Not sure why the box office werenвАЩt aware that there was a whole section of empty seats though at the start of the show?? nor the lack of communication beforehand from the arena about the change of seats....an email would have been good - very disappointing!! not the best of service in my opinion. Credit to the staff members who helped put it right!!!

User

Went to go see Queen and Adam Lambert last night - they themselves were fantastic but a group of drunken individuals made it harder to enjoy as (in the seated area) they were jumping up and obscuring the view of the row behind them (me, my Dad and a few other people included). I politely asked if they'd sit down because we couldn't see, but they shouted abuse back.

Not only that, but worse, a fight broke out while Brian may had a guitar solo, so not only did it ruin that part of the show but it took ages for security to sort it out! It's a good job no one was badly hurt (I don't think anyway).

I've been to echo arena a few times, and this is the first time i've had such a bad experience. I hope improvements can be made with security

User

We were disappointed by the Bootleg Beatles gig.The sound was of a poor quality for this venue. My hubby is a musician and understands how a sound desk should workbut the orchestra were too quiet .We have been to gigs before here(the Who were amazing) without problems. However the first half felt lack lustre. So much so that next to us, a couple held a conversation throughout, along the row, people came and went with our view blocked frequently and the microphone issues at the start were unacceptable for a venue of this nature. Rather glad that we did not try to upgrade our seats. Did not return for the 2nd half. £80 wasted I feel.

User

Very poor venue, atrocious catering and long queues for poor quality food and drink. No surrounding catering either all too busy and understaffed to care or serve, so many thirsty and hungry people left without adequate facilities. Huge car park ticket queues and slow exit. Will never go again no matter what the attraction.

User

Attended Little Mix tonight and was so disappointed and my little sister was heartbroken we was sat in Block 4 row BB seat 46 and 47 well we couldnt sit there as these four teenage girls stood in front of us the whole concert it wasnt just our view they blocked two rows behind!! I told a stewart he told them to sit down they did for one song and back up again I told them twice and they got really agressive wasnt a pleasent experience kindly the lady next to me let my little sister sit on her knee most of the time so she was able to see absoutely disgusting no stewarts to be seen watching very dissapointed £100 down the drain!!

User

Wow. How can you wait on this website for over an hour in a queue to be told your session has timed out. Awful. I called and apparently theyвАЩre only available online. Dreadful customer service

User

We went to see little mix on Monday & couldn't even see the stage let alone little mix, we paid £50 per ticket, so £250 for 5 of us & the kids couldnt see a thing. 8 times the stewards told us to get the kids down off the chairs, my 6 year old couldnt sleep the night before with excitement but the only time she seen little mix was for a couple of songs when they walked along the platform. Absolutely gutted! The echo arena couldn't care less.

User

Please explain why I was still in the queue for Paul McCartney tickets at 14.40 (from 10.00am) when other people were told an hour earlier that the tickets were sold out!!

IвАЩm want to write a review about Mrs Brown on 23rd November at Echo Arena, my daughter bought our tickets as Xmas presents last year as she had done a few years previously to see Mrs Brown at empire in Liverpool, much to our disgust it was the very same show we left before the interval not only have we seen this live but also have it on dvd and it has been repeated numerous times on tv, when we got outside there was also 6 others who had also walked out who had paid twice as much for there tickets, my daughter is a single mother of 3 children who was excited that she bought these tickets for her parents and I was going to lie and say it was brilliant but I couldnвАЩt and she is as upset as us, how hard can it be for a man of such talent to write a new 2/3 hour show donвАЩt think IвАЩm going to be such a big fan anymore рЯШ°рЯ§ђрЯШ°рЯ§ђ

User

In a online que for hours as kept getting to the end with tickets in the basket then the website would crash. WonвАЩt ever bother using website again as itвАЩs not worth the stress! No wonder people buy and sell tickets for an extortionate prices as companies like you allow this to happen by having a crap website!

User

Im appalled. We purchased tickets for my father to come and see you in the Liverpool echo Arena. He has since been diagnosed with terminal Bladder Cancer and Is in Wirral St John hospice. We need to bring him in his wheelchair with one of us to help him. We called echo arena to do this and were told we couldnt. We could have purchased one disabled seat but he would have to sit alone.

He has always loved you and is bitterly disappointed that he wont be able to come and see you as planned.

User

Amazing gig aside from the queues/security.

Huge queues at 8:50pm which I don't mind if it's due to thorough checks. Yet the security wasn't hot enough to find flares, alcohol and weed taken in by some. The irony in me not being allowed out for a cigarette but the lad next to me inside the gig is smoking a joint. The Killers were incredible and the sound/lighting spot on. The Echo Arena yet again needs to up there game on staffing, whatever the cost may be. One 'security' member came down the queue to warn people to "hide booze" rather than get shut of it before entry!

User

Absolute joke of a ticketing system. Supposed to have priority booking for Paul McCartney via your mailing list on Friday except the link you provided failed to work. Was told by you to wait until they on general sale instead - with no explanation as to why. Waited in a queue for two hours today only to be told itвАЩs sold out. And we know why itвАЩs sold out when we go on ticket tout sites who are now charging ¬£600 a ticket. Absolute farce and a waste of time for so many people judging by the comments on your site.

You seriously need to address the resale of tickets for your venue. ItвАЩs extortion and a possible security issue as you donвАЩt have a clue whoвАЩs buying your tickets.

You seriously need to address the resale of tickets for your venue. ItвАЩs extortion and a possible security issue as you donвАЩt have a clue whoвАЩs buying your tickets.
