M&S Bankside Simply Food

Disappointed with brusque, uncharming service y'day, esp as I go regularly being a local. Would've been more tolerant had it been a young person but this was an older, female shop floor manager. Think I may return to Waitrose further away!

A really nice little M&S food that provides a lot of choice for such a small place. I'm very happy with the food that is provided.

This place is a friendly place with great customer service the people are always saying hello to me and making sure that my shop is easy.

Staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. They serve hot foods, have freshly made baguettes, good selection of cards, flowers and cakes.

Good food, helpful staff. Also easy to get items ordered through the M&S website delivered here.
