M&S Glossop Simply Food

Good quality food and drink options. Wouldn't do a full shop here but very convenient for top up shopping.

First time I have visited and I don't think I will be visiting again soon. First of all I found the car parking horrendous.The Council planning should never allowed all these units on this site with so little parking. Any sensible person would go to Tesco or the Coop where parking is not an issue. The shopping trolley will not accept the new 1 pound coin which adds to the frustration. Another experience was using the gents (male) toilets. I followed the international symbols but I arrived in what I thought was a female toilet with baby changing facility and no male urinals. I made a quick exit thinking I had inadvertently gone into the female facility but on checking the signs very carefully and consulting my wife who was nearby I ventured once more into the so called male facility. I must say that I felt very uncomfortable in there and hopefully will not be repeating this experience.

It's a large store but in reality there is not much of a selection and the staff around the self service area seem preoccupied so you can wait a while before they come and help. The ready meals are really nice though and you can get a nice meal for good price. They also have great reductions on there products, there's nice bargain there if you look

Would give 5 stars if smokers didn't smoke near front door and Chuck cigarette ends on the pavement outside forcing us to walk on them. Smokers smoke somewhere else! Smokers should have their own area away from the doors.

Quality of food is second to none. This store has a good range although shelves are often missing lines as it seems to take a while for things to come back on the shelf. But luckily the quality of food is so good that you have other options to choose from. A clean store and friendly staff. Car park is tight to say the least but for Glossop it's a definite assist to have. Lots of offer so even though it's expensive it can be affordable if you shop wisely.

Lovely cosy cafe with good food and great coffee. Good choice of food in shop. Very friendly helpful staff. Plus it's got toilets. A rare thing these days.

Love the food it alsways tastes great and the staff have been friendly when I've been in, it would be great to get a bigger store but this is better than nothing

Handy for a quick shop or collecting online orders, coffee shop is pleasant and staff are really friendly.

Nice store, probably a little small. Parking can be tricky as not a lot of spaces to cater for the whole retail park.
