M&S Leeds Cross Gates Simply Food

Still can't find a dam thing hate every visit since its been changed round

Today's shopping trip was a nightmare everything had been moved and I know it's your way of making people look more but all the people shopping this morning hated it

Shop is confusing. Things are not in places where you would expect them to be. Very unorganised shop. Went on a Friday evening around 6:30pm, very short staff. There was only 1 member of staff available on the shop floor and she was getting flustered with the amount of people coming up to her asking her questions about where things would be.

Very small and cramped. Very short shelf life on fresh food.

I collected some food, ordered on line, first thing this morning. The person who dealt with me could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank you.

Good staff, good quality food and a well stocked and maintained store. Only complaint being that when my son asked about a job advertisement the staff on their phone were not helpful. They got their own web address incorrect and took long enough to inform him that were was an online test, which was required to be taken in order to find out about job availability. In the end they could not, or would not confirm whether they knew of a job going at said store.

Who doesn't love M&S food nice new store easy access to food mainly in upright fridges just missing a deli counter that's the only reason I go to the owlcoats shopping centre there deli counter is amazing
