M&S Muswell Hill Simply Food

This store is like a fridge, far too cold. My feet went blue had to leave

What a lovely clean and bright store with so many different places to pay. The staff and even the customers are very friendly. What a great shopping experience.

Whilst i usually shop at M & S , Muswell Hill, because its near my bank (HSBC), i find Whetstone is a much better stocked and more efficiently.run branch.
The staff in MH seem disinterested and dismissive whereas W staff seem more friendly and pleased to help.

The checkout at MH is totally customer unfriendly and if you have a big shop there is no good system to move items from trolley to till to bag.

I know our society is gearing to everything self service, but W branch seem to have the right balance.

I like your food but your fresh meat counter could be improved with a bit more variety. I prefer to get all my shopping in one shop but now gave to go to Waitrose for most meats.

My Daughter used to buy her lunchtine sandwiches at M&S but says the fillings are now very ordinary and dull.

The quality still has the same good standard which is why i still shop despite bad check outs and indifferent staff.

I have been a customer of this store for years. I love the friendly staff and the nice layout of the shop as well as the variety of goods on the shelves.
It does get quite busy but the introduction of the self service tills reduced the queues. There are tills at the fort and at the back of the shop. Also they is a paid parking area at the back of the store.

Very tidy store and the staff are helpful. Lovely fresh food selection at all times and the bakery items are delicious. The only real let down for me is the lunch meal deal selections, which are quite limited.

Typical high quality M & S food store, use to get my lunch from here, but also get niche foods that Sainsbury's didn't. Staff seemed a bit of a let down every now and then.

Freezing cold. Queues are overly long because they're all stacking shelves instead of working on the till. Staff are polite though.

Freezing cold, awful queues, often bare lunchtime shelves. A disappointing branch.
