M&S Prestwich Simply Food

Very helpful staff...great service found me with my order while i did my shopping

Enjoyed my time shopping here for my favourite foods, wheat free foods are fantastic. Plenty of choice for anyone with dietary requirements or not.

M&S food quality and friendliness of staff was better than the average supermarket as always, but the shelves were bare with very little choice today which stops them getting 5 stars. This is a good food outlet though just two minutes off the M60.

I don't like this store anymore, its been ruined by a whole quarter of the store being filled up with countless shelves of chocolates and cakes and biscuits, where there used to be good clothing and kitchenware on sale.Some of the cashiers seem eager to rush you along and I can always feel the customer behind me staring at me because I'm not as quick as they are to pack. However some of the staff are really lovely and very caring. There's no seating for people like me when I wait for a taxi, which is very inconsiderate because some people with mobility problems need to sit down.The car park is chaos, i dont feel safe to walk into the store via the car park.The food is fantastic and good range.Cafe staff are lovely and friendly.

A great medium sized supermarket in the heart of Prestwich, stocked with all of the quality products that you would expect to find in an M&S food store.

A good M&S food hall. It's a little more expensive than other supermarkets but when on a bidget it is worth paying the prices sometimes for a treat.

Terrible car park gave up and parked opposite the tram car park. Inside the store is clean, well laid out and has a good range of products available. More cashiers and less self checkouts would be very nice.

The staff used to be fabulous but theyve left and now are not as good.
