Very good, could have done with more staff on tills

Excellent price's. Helpful staff

Felt slightly guilty only dropping in for a bottle of milk. Mid afternoon so not the usual queues at the tills. Another M&S that you feel would benefit from a bit of refurbishment, and the introduction of self service tills. Nothing more annoying than standing in a queue with a couple of items.

As you would always expect M&S to be, only one issue and that is the lines of people waiting to pay for goods r always very long, even the self serve.

Very good the only drawback being the automated check out in most cases even on the manual check out constant line of queuing.
However the product is excellent
But some foresight required by an efficient management to speed up point of sale
