M&S Teddington Simply Food

Lovely staff clearly stretched dealing with a deluge of orders for collection. Several ladies waiting quite a time, we were even offered coffee! M+S needs to cap deliveries for collection for its smaller stores or provide more staff. Good service.

Good selection of food and wine. Bigger and better than the Twickenham branch.

It appears to be a good store but visited the disabled toilet - dirty toilet seat, engrained dirty floor, very neglected - cleanliness wise. Below M & S standards.

This store have fantastic staff as does Twickenham branch. I do all my shop there now as I always have a very good experience with the staff who are very friendly and helpful.

A medium sized well stocked food hall with a small carpark.
