We used the services of Mulberry Court vets for 5 years whilst living in Suffolk. We found all the vets, nurses and reception staff knowlegable, professional, courteous and very kind and empathetic. Special thanks goes to Jan who especially took great care of our little Chloe and Pepper. Additionally, we have recently needed the expertise of vet Jess Reynolds when we re-located to Australia in June this year. Jess has the special qualifications/licence to assist with the export of animals overseas. She was highly knowlegable of all the Customs regulations that had to be strictly followed and she was very thorough in making sure all our 4 cats' paperwork, medications and innoculations were done at the correct time. Our cats all arrived safely with no Customs problems whatsoever and we are most grateful to Jess for all her hard work, expertise and guidance. Staff are always friendly,sometimes you don't want to run to the vets,you just want some advice,the staff are most helpful,I have a vets in my local town,but travel to Sudbury as I know i can trust mulbury court

I'm a bit of an vet expert having lived in NYC, London and Essex. For better or worse my dogs have had many different vet experiences. We have a vet in Colchester but we found Mulberry because our Dachshund, Rufus, needed specialist dental treatment. Mulberry were fantastic. They scheduled him for the next day as it was an urgent, ongoing problem that wasn't improving. Dr Gerhard Putter is beyond excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, with fab people skills. He clearly loves animals and so detailed. He took over an hour to explain the treatment to me and the current science and rationale behind it. I was impressed. The treatment was decisive, effective and thorough. Rufus made an immediate improvement and has continued to improve where other treatment had failed. When I picked Rufus up, Dr Putter showed me the X-Rays, explained them to me and went over the post-op in great detail. I felt as if I'd had a science/medicine lesson. V. interesting. Clearly Dr Putter is an exceptional specialist - dedicated, expert, kind and skilled. I'm sooooo glad I didn't travel up to the larger dental hospital in London where I think it would have been more impersonal. I've had to reschedule a few appointments and they couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. Such lovely staff. Rufus is my everything so, thank you! Rufus thanks you. So glad I found you.
