Mulderrigs never have & never will - pay "claims companies" to send us work. It's purely a personal view, but we don't think it's the right way to do things.

It would be inappropriate for us to comment in any detail on a case in which we have not been privy to the evidence. However, we share the disappointment which will be felt by many people in response to this decision.
Of course, the test for success in any civil action will be "the balance of probability", rather than "beyond all reasonable doubt". So perhaps those involved will still be given an opportunity to account for their actions before a court.

Paul Mulderrig/Mulderrigs Solicitors have represented members of my family quite a few times now and I honestly don't think you can find solicitors better than them. I will ALWAY recommend them ahead of anyone else. I know of people who have had, or are having dealings with solicitor firms they find over the web and you end up having several solicitors dealing with your case over web chat, or over the phone, trying to rush you through. Mulderiggs solicitors have been absolutely amazing.They are very professional helpfull and caring set of people. I came across Mulderrigs Solicitors whilst reading 'Four-Four-Two' magazine lying in my hospital bed. I had just suffered a tri-malleolar fracture and dislocation of my ankle following a horror tackle in a football game.

I was initially reluctant to go down the legal route, but following a comment from the Doctor that 'you will be lucky to walk again', I felt I had no option.

I contacted them immediately upon coming out of hospital and right away knew I had done the right thing. Paul Mulderrig spent well over an hour on the phone chatting about my injury and football/sport in general. I came off the phone knowing that he bothered about me, the injury and hopefully getting me the best treatment in my rehabilitation.

Paul visited me in my home town a few weeks later and met up with the key witnesses, his down to earth and friendly yet professional approach was reassuring to all those involved.

A huge amount of hard work went on behind the scenes before the case eventually went to court, during this time, Paul was constantly in touch checking how I was and keeping me updated with any progress.

Whenever I had reason to ring the Mulderrig's office I was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble, all the staff I dealt with were friendly and caring.

The court case was obviously a very nerve wracking experience, but Paul explained everything clearly and was constantly reassuring me and ensuring I was ok.

Paul was successful in winning the case and I was able to secure the best treatment in my long recovery.

This was now well over 10 years ago and I am still receiving treatment which of course vindicates my initial decision.

Excellent! Paul and his team dealt with my football injury case from 2008-2012. The insurer of the opposing player soon accepted liability for his actions. Over those 4 years Paul organised for me; private surgery with one of the top knee surgeons in the country, private physiotherapy and a financial settlement at the end which I was very happy with.
